Susan treated me with respect from the first visit throughout all our times working together. Slowly she taught me to respect myself again. As we dealt with mountains of items, we took baby steps at first. Each step was a victory!

I would like to thank you and your team of people for a great service and for the support. Laura is a great person to work with. It was a struggle for me to get through the preparing and packing up of the house and she was most empathetic and helpful. Everything she committed to was done in quick time and reported to me as promised. We are now moved and a new chapter begins for us.

Downsized and Happy
After living in my home for 20 years, I had to move. Furniture, clothing, linens, utensils and papers were sorted for keep, donate, garbage, recycling, and shredding. Susan left all decisions to me. She would give me suggestions & options, but always stressed it was my decision.
After a month of downsizing, Susan got me easily moved into a 1 bedroom apartment, which she organized as if she had read my mind. I am really enjoying my new home.
