Amazing customer service
I have to take a moment and thank you again for helping me recently during a difficult and challenging situation. I found your organization by searching online. I reached out to 3 other companies, 2 never responded and the 3rd company contacted me days after I sent an email. Clarity Over Clutter responded to my email within hours and also followed up with a phone message. Amazing customer service. All the details were clearly explained to me and I quickly felt very confident that everything was going to be okay. And I was right. The day of the move went quickly and smoothly. The staff was very professional and compassionate. I cannot thank you enough for being there for me and please be assured, I will be singing your praises to whomever will listen!!

In 2017 I hired Susan and her crew to clean, declutter and stage a former family home that had recently housed a person who had lived there for 84 years. She thoroughly cleaned all areas of the house and arranged for furniture donation pick up and for items to be taken to the dump. She also did a great job staging this old house for sale with the remaining furniture. The house sold in less than a week. Her personal experienced efforts, along with her team, made the difference in making this 100 year old dated house attractive for sale.
She had great recommendations for the preparations for sale and discouraged my suggestions for work to be done to enhance a sale. She could have oversold me on needless work and related costs. Her sensitivity, honesty and knowledge of what needs to be done to prepare a house for sale was beyond my expectations.
Her pricing was made clear in advance and her estimate of the time needed was accurate. I was amazed how much was done in one 8 hour day to ready the house. There were no surprises. My only suggestion would be for her to encourage the charity that she uses for donated furniture, to send a thank you letter to the donor(s). The 94 year old lady who moved out would have appreciated a kind acknowledgement. I would have no reservation in recommending her company. I will definitely use her when the time comes for a personal move.

Sincere Thank You
We want to express a sincere Thank You to Clarify Over Clutter for services provided in the summer/fall of 2017. This was a very difficult summer for our family as our sister, who had lived in Winnipeg for 50 years, died just three months after receiving a terminal diagnosis. We, her four sisters from Newfoundland, traveled to Winnipeg throughout the summer to provide care for our sister and to take on the responsibility of her estate. Our sister’s neighbor recommended your services and from our first meeting with Laura in July, Clarity Over Clutter became a lifeline for us at this very difficult time. From the very beginning Laura was very accommodating, demonstrating much respect and empathy for the difficult circumstances with which we were coping. Following our sister’s death she and her assistant, Margo, played an instrumental role in helping us pack our sister’s possessions and making arrangements for sales and donations. It was a very emotional time for the family and Laura and Margo were not only efficient in their work but they did it with compassion. We are thankful for the professional and thorough manner in which they completed the tasks assigned. We will be forever appreciative of their respect for our sister’s home and possessions and the manner in which they responded to us, a grieving family. ‘People may not remember what you did but they will remember how you made them feel’. When my parents died within 8 months of each other, I was left to empty their home of 55 years. My mother being a hoarder made the task truly daunting. I met with Susan and we discussed how this was to be handled. It was important to me that things not be thrown away with no thought of the environment or waste.
Her experience and methods guided me through the process and kept things on track. Her contacts proved invaluable and her team has an experienced eye to pick out the treasures. During the process I felt in control of what was taking place, and supported during this time of bereavement.
